Frequently Asked Questions

Question: When can I have access to my unit?

Answer: Access hours are 6am – 10pm EVERY DAY.

Question: How much does it cost to move in?


Answer:
You will only pay the first month’s rent and a lock and key deposit.  This deposit is fully refundable when you move out and return your lock and keys as well as a clean and empty unit.  If you sign up for automatic credit card billing you do not pay the deposit at move in, your credit card will serve as the deposit. 

Question: What if I need to move in after business hours?

Answer:
We can do everything by e-mail or phone.  Then we’ll leave your keys in our after hours lock box for you to pick up at your convenience during the access hours of 6am – 10pm 365 days a year.

Question:
How do I move out?

Answer:
Before moving out please provide 7 days notice and you will receive a cancellation number, when you are ready to move out turn in the keys to your clean and empty unit and you will be refunded pro rated rent and your lock deposit, if due with the required notice.
