Q: What are the office hours?
A: Office hours are M-F 9AM-5PM, Saturday 8:30-4:00 (Sunday – closed)

Q: When can I have access to my unit?
A: Access hours are 6am – 10pm every day of the week!

Q: How much does it cost to move in?
A: You will only pay the first month’s rent and small lock and key deposit. The deposit is fully refundable when you move out, return your lock and keys and leave your unit clean and empty.  If you sign up for automatic credit card billing you do not pay the deposit at move in, your valid credit card will serve as the deposit.

Q: What if I need to move in after business hours?
A: We can rent you one of our storage units by e-mail or phone. Our team can leave provide after-hours access for unit rental. The access hours of our Fredericksburg self-storage facility are 6am – 10pm, 365 days a year.

Q: How do I move out?
A: Before moving out please provide us a fourteen day notice. You will then receive a cancellation number. When you are ready to move out, turn in the keys to your clean and empty unit to be refunded any pro-rated rent and deposit.
